All the imported dives appear in the Dive List, sorted by date and time. Then click the OK button at the bottom of the dialog. In the case of the image above, the last six dives are checked and will be transferred to the Dive List. Remember for some dive computers progress information could be inaccurate since Subsurface doesn’t know how much downloadable data there are until the download is complete. The Download dialog shows a progress bar at the bottom of the dialog. Depending on the make of the dive computer and/or number of recorded dives, this could take some time. With communication established, you can see how the data are retrieved from the dive computer. These are only used as diagnostic tools when there are problems with downloads(see below). The dialog has two drop-down lists, Vendor and Dive Computer. Below is a dive profile for a dive to 20 m for 30 min, followed by a 5 minute safety stop at 5 m.
Drag the waypoints to represent an accurate time duration for the dive. To remove a waypoint, right-click on it and choose "Remove this point" from the context menu. Moving can also be done by selecting the waypoint and using the arrow keys. To add a waypoint, double-click on any line segment.
